ACU Licence Form

ACU licence forms must be accompanied with the membership forms before we can sign the licence application forms.

Please forward the forms to :

NEMXC, 13 Front Street, Consett, County Durham. DH8 5AF.

We will forward the licence application to the ACU if a stamp addressed envelope is included. Please also include a stamp addressed envelope to allow us to send out your membership confirmation.
